I made mini-omelettes in a muffin tin last night, I put finely chopped veg and meat of my choice into it and baked it for 20 minutes. I don't know anything about your gym as we don't have any of those where I am from. If they offer classes you might want to look into that, something fun. Perhaps you could pick up a sport. I enjoy squash, it's fun and it kicks your butt. Maybe a walking/jogging group with friends or an outdoor bootcamp.

I find the hardest thing is trying to find what my body responds well to, both diet and exercise wise. I dislike the guessing game. I never know if I am overdoing it, not doing enough, eating too little or not enough when long plateaus hit.

Since your calories are already low-ish/normal I would do what others had suggest and focus on where your calories are coming from.
