you no longer have to wear your spanex while doing jumping jacks!!!....it's true...when I first started I had to wear them...because it hurt so much to do jumping jacks without it!!!

I eat them anyway I can get them!!! I usually will eat a whole one with some lime juice....I eat them sliced on salads.....I make room in my calories for them!!!
