I always try to eat at least half!! When I use my HRM.....I am sure to eat at least half if not all of them!! If I use MFP to set calories....I eat a little less!! I work out so I can eat a little more at night...I know it sounds crazy.....but I do!!! and the results are 60 pounds off my body and a total of 29 inches~~~ so…

BE Very careful.....make sure you get enough fat in you diet!! I wasn't and my hair started to fall out....my doctor told me it was because I lost a lot of weight and not getting enough fat in my diet!! So just be very careful!!! Good luck!!

For the past week now...I have been eating a turkey sandwich....just wheat bread and 6 thin slices of turkey......soduim is too high...but that is what I have a taste for....need to move on to something else pretty quick~~~
