I workout 5-6 times at 5am and I have a long commute to work by public trasportation. So, am always on the clock. My hair is passed my bra line. I tie it in a pony tail and bundle it all up. I think that you are doing great. One thing that I've just recently learned is, to be patience. And to never give up on something that I really want. It is challenging to wait, but time will past anyway. Good luck with your journey!

I actually like that message. I know that I would never end up to the exact number when I get to the 5 weeks but I take it as a motivation message to get there. I pay attention to my calories in take, and not too much on others stuff as long as it is not too high.
