I'm 34 and in the best shape of my life. Three years ago is when I started my mission. I've lost 40lbs and countless inches. I also had a baby in 2016 and hopped right back on the train afterwards!

Every person is different, but for me it's 5-5:30 in the morning. Then it's done with for the day. I also have a one year old so by the end of the day, after working and then running around after her, I'm shot.

This gives me hope! I found out in October that I also have PCOS. I was getting so frustrated that I wasn't getting pregnant. I'm on Metformin now also. Congrats to you!!

I just finished a couple weeks ago. Although I really didn't lose any weight I could really see more muscle tone in my legs. Good luck!

I just started week 8 yesterday! Minnesota weather is so unpredictable that there have been some weeks I had to do on the treadmill (Like snow storms in April). Running gets easier the farther along you get. Good luck!

I would much rather walk outside but living in Minnesota that is nearly impossible in the winter! I use the treadmill and elliptical during winter months. Not as enjoyable, but at least it's better than nothing! :)

I have the Exhilerate program as well. If you give it your all it is a great workout. I was a sweaty Betty! :) It's nice because if you are short on time, they have a disc that is just for a 20 minute workout. I don't use it as much as I should. Good luck!
