Are you losing the weight you want to? If so, keep up what you are doing. I personally have to eat breakfast, but I do so after I workout.

Don't be too hard on yourself! Forty pounds is great!! Just keep it up. I think all the weight loss shows like Biggest Loser give people false expectations. In the real world you aren't working out 6 hours a day. Slow and steady wins the race!!

I hate the scale. I use a tape measure and how my clothes fit to measure my weight loss. I'm losing without jumping on the scale. I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn in a year. Thanks MFP!
