I am in the same boat. I get so discouraged and binge eat, too. I am also a stress eater. I have been trying to figure out ways to deal with my stress other than eating. I need to start again and stay motivated. I need to do this as my health is suffering. I am over 200 lbs and want to lose about 80 lbs.

I make them in the microwave and put cinnamon and a little brown sugar on them. Sometimes, I leave off the brown sugar since they are so good!

Hi! I love walking. I am on my 3rd week of training to walk in a half-marathon in May. I am proud to say that I walked 5 miles on Saturday. I was very sore, but it was worth it.
