  • start small---log your food--you CAN have that cheese burger if you make it fit into your day--make a game out of it. I don't eat clean--at all...I eat what I want in smaller portions, I do avoid places i love because i still lack will power to portion myself--so I just avoid it.

  • i am not motivated--i am just committed. it does help enormously that my husband is on board with me and we are each others rock and can talk about it non stop. I also have a 4 year old dynamo---keeping up with him is exhausting!!

  • you can have roughly 30 chocolate chips depending on brand for 70 calories. why do you even have chocolate in your home or on your person..? if it is a problem eliminate it!!! tough love--weight loss really is a battle of willpower. fit it into your daily goals--and log your food!!!!
