Well I didn't do great with the Fab Ab Feb Challenge but I'm giving this a try again.....it can't hurt to try. I'm a little behind but I should catch up by the weekend.:bigsmile:

last week I just made it 440min this week mar 8-14 I'll try 475 so far..... Mar 8 60min Mar 9 120min Mar 10 90min Mar 11 95min

So far I've done 200min. Mar 1 50min Mar2 90min Mar3 60min I'm pretty much on track.:bigsmile:

I'm still aiming for 20 lbs by Easter. It's been a struggle this week but I'm going to give it my best shot:bigsmile:

Well done!!!! It's impressive that you gave it a try I've been wanting to try Zumba but every time I watch the video I'm afraid I'll throw a hip out LOL. But it's fun to try.

Bad week for me:frown: I didn't get alot of exercise and my menu choices not great:grumble: I find it very hard to stick when I work alot of late shifts:cry: plus I lacked motivation this week:yawn: but I'm starting fresh tomorrow and I still plan on hitting my goal for easter.:happy: :drinker: :bigsmile:

Survived day 2. Planks are as ugly as I expected.:sad: Hopefully by the end of this month I can do the exercises without sounding like I'm being tortured.:laugh:

First off CONGRATULATIONS:flowerforyou: I'm glad to hear your feeling better. I agree with the others weight loss while pregnant is doable just make sure it's with your doctors supervision. It certainly sounds like your starting out right- walking and eating healthy, keep up the good work!!:bigsmile:

1) I'm for sure going to try A new srength training video I just bought I'm also thinkin about some type of dance video. 2) I've never heard of Quinoa but I'm curious so I'll try that and I'm going to try tofu.

MY goal is to lose 20lbs by easter I know thats a lot But it doesn't hurt to try. My reward is different: I work at our local goodwill and they ar big into healthy habits they even provide healthy foods for us in the breakroom. The Wellness director for our stores has started a weight loss challenge for all of our stores…

I haven't tried any in a long time (15years) but I have a friend at work that was going to try a cleanse and I'm considering trying it She said it's all fruits and water for two days. I'm going to get more details. I just like the idea that it's all natural.
