I'm doing OK I'm having trouble remembering to account for cooking oils like when I put a teaspoon in pan to fry meat beyond that I'm noy much of an adder I don't use dressing or ketchup musturd things like that I'm pretty much plain.

I did my usual 30min Tae-bo But today I added 20 min of shoveling. NOT because I wanted to:grumble: and I just looked out the window SNOWING again so I'll get to shovel again tonight.:sad:

Sorry I've been a little bit off the last few days. I did ride my sationary bike for an hour yesturday and I did 30min of tae-bo today.

yesturday I did some stress eating so to compensate I did my tae-bo took 30min walk and rode my bike for 45min and now my legs hurt and the junk food left me feeling sick. I believe the lesson for me is that stress eating isn't worth it next time I'll find something else maybe retail therapy I can window shop all day and…

I hurt my knee sunday so I haven't really tried this challenge But today I started sit-ups Started with 50 planning to be at 100 by the end of the challenge.

I'm proud of the fact that today when I got from a very stressful day of work (we had inventory and not enough people to do it) I didn't even think about food. I just logged on the computer and went right to MFP. This website is my new sugar rush who would of believed that.:noway:

I'm lucky drinking water has never been a struggle for me I average 12 glasses a day plus whatever else I drink. Today I worked late and ended up drinking 12 glasses will probably have 2 more before I go to bed.:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

Well I was supposed to give up salty snacks and I didn't do well today I went to the movies and for the first time I did not have movie theater popcorn but then I forgot myself and had puffcorn instead plus I had smartpop one day so I'd say I failed:sad: this challenge but I'm ready for the next:drinker: :bigsmile:
