I was just turned on to this site last week and hope it helps as well.and so far it has. I feel like its a game and I think I can win. It got me over a plateau I was stuck on for weeks.

I started on that same date at 296 and have lost 48 pounds as of today. I hope to lose another 50 by April. No magic pill just cutting calories and exercise. It was a matter of getting my mind right first and sticking to it. I am going to try to step up my exercising for New Years.

Well I made it. It really wasn't bad and the results are good. I have been struggling to hit a 50 pound loss by Christmas and have been stuck at 43 - 44 pounds for the last 3 - 4 weeks. 48 pounds as of this morning so I feel great. I will be doing this again at least once a week.

Do you end up eating the calories you miss from breakfast and lunch when you do eat or do you forfit those calories?

I will keep you posted. I just joined this sight last week and I am now addicted to it. It keeps my head screwed on straight. I started dieting in July and have lost 45 pounds but have been stuck for weeks now. Heard about this sight and thought I would give it a shot.

I decided to give it a shot. I had a yogurt this morning at 7:00am and will not eat again until after 7:00 tommorow. Does it matter which 24 hour period you use? Is one better than the other? I have been on a platue for a month now and everytime I think I broke it I bounce right back so hopefully this will get me past this…
