Everyday for a snack at work I have a fresh sliced peach with 1/2 cup cottage cheese and mix in one packet of splenda. I look forward to it everyday. :smile:

Whenever I run into temptation I try to go look up the nutritional info to remind myself how bad it really is. Seeing the numbers makes me realize that it is not at all worth it. Makes me think of how hard I will have to work to burn it off.
