im 5'1" and i weigh 155 im pretty heavy foy my height so thats what a trainer recomended im new at this so i dont know much about it

i filled out the info this website askd for it says i should eat 1200 calories a day but i asked a trainer in the gym i go and he said for me to be able to loose weight i should eat at least 200 cal less
