I got MRSA from the hospital after i had my second daughter and now i have to be uber-careful about letting my skin get irritated. My infant daughter also had it when we left the hospital and at 7 month she spent 2 weeks in the hospital fighting a MRSA infection that went into her joint and almost made her lose her leg. I…

I could not finish Cloud Atlas. It was just boring for some reason. I also ditched The Uglies. That was pretty pointless as well.

Reading "The Revenge of Seven" by Pittacus Lore and "Big Little Lies" by Liane Moriarty. I have Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and his years of Pilgrimage by Haruki Murakami but I am waiting until i finish the other two first. I read 1Q84 and found it strangely amazing!

I enjoyed the Fault in our Stars but prior to that it was the Dean Koontz novel, The Watchers. It was about a man and a special dog that we evading a beast. It was exciting and heartwarming.

I typically love all types of food and I am willing to try anything but I absolutely HATE oatmeal. I love granola and other things with oats in them (cookies) but I HATE oatmeal. I have tried it in every flavor, with fruit or without fruit, with milk or with water. It has the consistency of vomit. I want so badly to like…

I have a FitBit Aria scale and I weigh myself daily at around the same time every morning. My scale is synced with MFP so it is automatically logged everyday. I like to see the number as it fluctuates throughout the week but I remain focused on my goal of losing 1-2 lbs a week.

I have had two polar FT7's in 5 years and I have never had any issues with mine. It doesn't sync with any phones so I hope that we are talking about the same product. My HRM works with most of the machines at the gym and has been pretty accurate for me even in the pool. I wear my HRM on my left wrist and my FItBit Force on…

I weigh myself everyday, mostly. Somedays, I get caught up and forget but I try to do it first thing in the morning after my morning BM. LOL! No biggie if I go up a pound or two because I have high blood pressure and I tend to retain water when I have salty meals. So if the scale is up one day, I try to make sure that I…

Lately its been Animals by Martin Garrix but I normally listen to the Jay Z and Kanye West channel on Pandora. Also Stay the Night by Zedd and Hayley Williams Ain't it Fun by Paramore XO and Grown Woman by Beyonce

I have owned a FitBit One for a few years and I currently use a FitBit Force and I love it!! I wish it was a little smaller but I love the display and that this model did not lose the ability to count stairs/elevation. It helps me to make a conscious effort to get at least 15 sets of stairs in a day.

I'm reading The Leftovers by Tom Perotta. It is very interesting to see the primary family's dynamic after the "Incident".

Sometimes I feel the need to chant something to push myself. When I want to quit I just repeat: Pain is temporary, pride is forever!!

I gave up creamer over a month and a half ago and i've been great. I use full fat pastured milk but only a small amount. NO sugar. It fits my macros nicely and I still get to have a good cup o' joe.

Holey Moley Mother of Corn, you look awesome! I love to lift and I really need to get back on track. I thoroughly believe in weight lifting and clean eating as the way to an amazingly healthy and fit body. When I was at my healthy weight, I use to lift pretty heavy and it never made me bulky, just more defined. What an…

Wowee!! You look awesome! I am also 5'2" starting at 217lbs wearing size 14 clothes and large shirts. I can't wait to see size 6/8 and mediums again. I have lost 9lbs already but I am excited about the journey. Your steadfastness is an inspiration. Keep up the good work!!

I'm 5'2, 211lbs. I am working on getting to my goal weight of 130. I am pretty athletic with a muscular build. I carry most of my weight in my upper body (boobs and tummy). When I disclose my weight, most people are surprised that I am over 200 but trust me I feel heavy. I know I will get to my goal and I am excited about…
