  • Finally someone just lays it all out like it's supposed to be! I loved your post. You've done so well and look great. Your advice was spot on. Good common sense and practical advice. What's your free weights program? Please share because it produced awesome results!
  • Seven pounds - just right for where I want to be. It's gone up and down from week to week, so I try to keep the BIG picture in mind, but that is hard!
  • SW: 196 CW: 186 GW: 145 Weigh in Dates: 2/1 184.9 2/8 2/15 2/22 2/28 Hopefully I'll get through at least week 7 of the couch to 5K and maybe reward myself with my first ever pair of real running shoes.

  • Just completed day 2 of Week 4 and have never liked running, but the advice I'm following is to jog about as slow as you possibly can and walk at a moderate pace. I go about 4 mph and during the "run" and walk about 3 mph. So far that's been really do-able!
  • Feel free to add me and you'd be my first friend. My goal is to lose around 45 lbs and I started using this sight about two months ago. I need the extra encouragement of a group and it will help to keep each other accountable!
