First week of hard work over, and down 2 lbs. I love the goal of 1 pound a week. Very realisitic and If I was successful, I would reach my goal weight with that plan by this time next year. Slow and steady. :)

I have the exact same problem!!! I do fine all day and then once the kids go to bed, I am itching to snack. On anything. I am trying to break the habit yet again. I am trying to take each day at a time and make good choices.

I also need to be held accountable-mostly by myself. I am also back on the wagon, and need to stay on it this time. The craziest part is that when we make healthy choices, we feel good. You would think it would be easy, given we know that by dropping pounds and getting healthy, we will feel better. But it's so HARD!

My goals this week: 1) No eating after 7 pm 2) 5 servings of produce/day 3) Awareness of why I am eating BEFORE I choose to eat.
