I am down for some challenges, but what are burpees? I spend a lot of time at work, lol. I work out with my command and then the rest is usually at the gym. I may not be able to finish the challenges but I can start them depending on the day. I think that we should have like weekly challenges.

On days that I have to work out with my command I do not go to the gym. On days that I don't have to pt with my command I go to the gym after work...on the weekends I go to the gym on saturday during the day, and sunday I go for a jog, and now that my husband is going on deployment I have to go get a jogging stroller so…

I am no longer nursing, but I am still working off my pregnancy body. I had to stop nursing at 2.5 months and I continued to pump until 6 months whenI completely dried up.

Have a doctor check out to see if your pelvic bone is out of place so then they can rotate it back into place. That is what happened to me.

It doesn't look bad if you pass on BF%! I have some really bulky people that I work with and they never ever pass weigh ins but pass their BF%. It doesn't put you into a "bad" caterory or anything. The military is quite understanding when it comes to this issue.

Coming from a woman in the military and standing at 5'3" being navy my max weight is 152 before I have to get taped for BF. what branch are you trying to join and you really need to consider what is going on with the budget before you finally decide about going in.
