I am at 153 right now and my goal is to be down to like 120, and I want to be like 20% body fat. I have gained all of my weight back and now I am a little moody about it, but its my fault and now I have to fix it.

have you thought about trying a light vanilla soy or almond milk? Then add a dash of like cinnamon or nutmeg into the coffee. That is what I was doing at one point.

Just checking in here from the west coast. I know that it is a bit late into my shift BUT I am stopping by anyways...and it is slow as fudge here tonight. (now something major will happen and I'll have to magically fix it)

Well I am back on nights. I started last week. Sunday-Thursday 5pm to 3am with the occasional hand shake with days at 0630. Here we go to a great week!

I am going on day 6 of no syncing and its annoying. I have e-mailed MPF since they said that they had identified a small percentage that are still having an issue, but still nothing. Hopefully they will fix it.
