    Struggles - I had a really bad start to the week as I hurt my leg last weekend and couldn't exercise I also had a McDonald's on the Saturday.

    Successes - I tried really hard during the week and managed to lose 2 pounds! Yippppeeee!

    Struggle: last week was hugely stressful and I basically just let myself go with the promise that I would get back on the wagon this week, but... I haven't. Working on that.

    Success: I finally got back in the gym and restarted my workout program!

    Goals for this week:
    -No sugar, dairy, or grain (basically paleo)
    -No eating after 8 PM
    -Some form of exercise, even taking a walk, every weekday
    -Keep carbs under 100g/day
    -1 20-24hr intermittent fasting day (most likely Sunday)

    I'm excited!

    Successes/struggles this week: My struggles will be dealing with a bad big toe and bum hip on my left, make running impossible, squatting and P/U's/Burpee's are almost impossible too. And I am dealing with a nagging sinus infection. But other than that I am fit as a cello!
    I think a pound a week should be doable.

    I forgot to account for soccer season starting which because I can not run at this time I mostly just stand there and coach. This will take me out of the gym three days a week or at least greatly reduce my W/O time. I may have to learn to get up at 0400 to get in a W/O before work. YIKES!
    I am going to stick with my goal of 185 but it just got real up in here!

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been 133.2 for a lot of this week and was firmly down to 133 yesterday, but today I've had a huge 1.4 lb jump on the scales because I had takeaway pizza last night haha! I'm using yesterday's weight because I know this is water weight and not representative. I've been doing quite well at sticking to calories, and I think the fact that I haven't had any booze for two weeks has helped with this.

    Successes/struggles this week: I finally got some exercise and feel much better for it! Hope to get even more in this weekend and next week. I also counted calories carefully, and paid closer attention to what I ate. I did struggle with bored eating last night, that could have been avoided if I made a dinner plan and stuck to it. I need to be extra diligent this week, because when I often get down to 140 easily, get stuck there, give up, and then have to work my way back down to 140 again. I really want to be consistently in 130s by the end of the month.

    Successes/struggles this week: Retaining water from a lot of intense exercise lately. Im training for a half marathon. Also it's PMS week. I seem to have a pattern of not losing much for awhile and then losing 2 pounds over the course of a few days.
