    I'm pretty happy with my loss, exactly at my goal. My weightloss has slowed quite a bit lately but I am still loosing inches. Since beginning my whole journey I have lost a total of 6" off of my waist. It's not always about the weight but I am proud of myself for sticking to a plan!

    Successes/struggles this week: My successes are pretty much the same this week, staying within my calories and meeting/exceeding my exercise goals. My struggle this week is that I didn't meet my weight loss goal. I missed my goal by 1.7LBS because I only lost .3 of a pound this week. Since I exceeded my exercise and calories goals this week, I am not sure what the issue is. I am still happy with my results and I can't weight for April's weight loss challenge.     Successes/struggles this week: This weekend I had a bridal shower and Easter gathering. So, there was some crazy eating over the weekend. But my success was throwing out the leftover pasta salad on Monday (it's a weakness of mine). During the week I ate great and worked out. It paid off. I can't believe I exceeded my goal!

I HAVE been working out almost daily though and feeling better about being in good shape again.     Successes/struggles this week: I am thrilled that my body is responding. It was a challenging week on so many levels, but it was great to experience the gratification of having met a necessary goal. I received two pieces of great advice from MFP friends this week: Quit quitting and remember that anything outside of your goals has nothing to do with you. I took both of those to heart and it helped me reframe the difficulties of the week.
