I don't consider myself a bodybuilder but I work hard to stay in shape. I'm 50 with a body fat around 9% according to the skinfold calliper. Keen to exchange ideas and experience on strength building resistance training.

The best way to track your body composition is % lean body mass. There's a good website to look at called Scooby's workshop. This guy knows his stuff and there's a ton of useful information on the site. I hope it helps
