I try to make it more a cheat meal vs a cheat day. If I have 2 cheat days I usually really mess myself up and find it hard to get back on track. So the last few weeks I have been sticking to 2 cheat meals (Friday dinner and Saturday dinner, the breakfast and lunches are healthy). Both days I also work out extra hard to…

I hate the cold but I try not to. It was below 0 last night in Madison, WI with windchills close to -30 if not lower. I just layered up and I went in. The only thing that makes me skip is maybe a winter blizzard.

I am a pear shape too, I feel your pain! I lose quicky on my waist and upper body. Try total body sculpt with Gilad on Fit tv. I found that every time I do his workouts religiously like 4x a week I tone up my lower body. Still dont lose it much but it helps a bit...

most definitely a free day but my plan is to work harder and make smart eating choices all week and on christmas morning so I get to enjoy the food. I will only cheat on xmas day though. For thanksgiving I ate bad for four days straight and that was not fun trying to drop those pounds.
