2 Almond Meal pancakes with 10 little hillshire sausage links and honey. It's higher in calorie, but low in carb, which is just what I need. :)
  • Bagel with an egg which is pretty rare for me. Usually it's cereal or poached egg on toast.
  • Cheerios, almond milk and a banana. Later in the morning (second breakfast) I had a Weight Watchers egg mcmuffin. I think it was 545 calories.

Raspberries, yoghurt and an oat bar ... and of course a coffee (or two)
    I really enjoyed it

    My go-to daily breakfast! :-)

    A mocha cupcake.

That's the sort of thing that happens when the little one wakes me up at 4 am and I'm still to bleary eyed to trust myself cooking anything.

I am impressed by how many of you cook breakfast on weekdays! Its all I can do to get the kiddos fed and all 3 of us out the door with our lunches.

So my breakfast today was carrot cake that we had at work honoring all January birthdays (including mine). It was amazing, and fit into my day.

Usually - a Kind bar and cafe au lait.

I haven't had "breakfast" yet. When I do, probably about 3:15 pm, I have brought some leftover pulled pork with cabbage slaw, a hard boiled egg, a banana and plain greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts. Looking forward to it!
