A scrambled egg made with 1/2 pat of butter; 2 slices turkey bacon and 4 oz of Trop 50 oj. Enjoying my cuppa English tea, now (with stevia). 204 calories0

Two cups of coffee and a homemade fruit smoothie that contains half a banana, plain low fat yogurt, frozen mixed berries, orange juice, milk, and Truvia. Yummy! 308 calories because I'm out of skim milk and used whole.0

Chobani Vanila Greek Yogurt (6oz)
2 scoops EAS Lean 15 Chocolate Fudge protein powder
1/2 cup Fibr One cereal
Mug or two of black decaf coffee
310 calories... Add some blue berries or black berries and you're still under 350...0 -

I know, this is one of the weirdest combos ever, but I actually had just enough of the two cereals to make it work. (You should've seen what I did before. I filled cereal AND milk to the rim of the bowl! After getting diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, though, I MEASURE everything with a measuring cup!)0 -
