    Same thing I've had for the past few days. Tyson chicken strips and one of those low fat velveeta single serving things. I need to go to the store. Chicken is all I have right now ;( Not that chicken isn't great, but it does get old fast.

    semi skimmed milk with diet coke (sounds disgusting but its a yummy fizzy way of diluting the calories)

    Two cups of coffee and a homemade fruit smoothie that contains half a banana, plain low fat yogurt, frozen mixed berries, orange juice, milk, and Truvia. Yummy! 308 calories because I'm out of skim milk and used whole.

    Chobani Vanila Greek Yogurt (6oz)
    2 scoops EAS Lean 15 Chocolate Fudge protein powder
    1/2 cup Fibr One cereal
    Mug or two of black decaf coffee

    310 calories... Add some blue berries or black berries and you're still under 350...

    Yesterday was porridge with almond milk and frozen berries (they were too sweet however, so will use banana from now on)
    Today was 2 egg omelette with Quorn sausage, mushroom and tomato.
