I got a magic bullet for Xmas so I put in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, half a banana, some almond milk, a table spoon of peanut butter and ice. SO DELICIOUS and it kept me completely full for 4.5 hours.

Chocolate peanut butt oatmeal flour smoothie:
1. 3/4 cup of plain non fat Greek yogurt
2. 1/4 cup of Silk chocolate Soy "milk"
3. 44 grams of oat flour (blended one minute oats)
4. Tblsp of natural peanut butter (oil on top. Peanuts only ingredient)
5. Tblsp unsweetened pure cacao powder
6. Tsp cinnamon
7. 1/4 cup water or black coffee
8. three packets of Stevia
9. three ice cubes
With a pure green tea with Stevia and two cups of water.0 -
3 egg white, 1 whole egg scrambled on top a buttered slice 9 (1tsp) of Whole Wheat Bread0

I usually have eggs, but was feeling lazy today.
1 container of 0% plain greek yogurt with a packet o No-Sugar-Added Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentails mixed in. I put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes before eating it.
It tastes just like frozen yogurt, and for 150 calories and 20 grams of protein, it's really filling!0 -

I had a small smoothie made at home with non fat yogurt and low fat milk., a yogurt and a banana....with some green tea.0

A smoothie: spinach, banana, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, skim milk, carrot juice, pom, flax seed and non-fat greek yogurt. Yummy!0

ohoh my breakfast this morning was actually different than usual!!
ezekiel bread, toasted, with whipped cream cheese. sliced avocado on top, lox on top of that, fried egg on top of that, and sriracha over everything. so good.0 -
one of those cereal cups where you just tear the top of and add milk (krave kind) and some oj. i usually have cream of wheat or oatmeal but this was the first day that hubby had to go back to work and wasn't here to help this morn in a long time. and with 3 kids age 3 and under a dog and cats all needing breakfast this morning i took a back burner. hopefully 2marrow goes smoother and i can have the cream of wheat.
on a side note i knew this monring was going to be hectic so had the kids cups of milk already pour and in the fridge so i just had to grab them out and made them breakfast cookies (basically oatmeal with banana and pb but it looks like a cookie even has rasions) last night so they would have a fast and easy healthy breakfast don't know why i didn't think to just eat one of those. lol.0 -
I had a piece of baked quinoa with peaches with a little almond milk on top. Yum! :happy:0

I made myself a scrambled egg wrap with cheese, tomato, and salsa. All only 210 calories! What about you?
Same as me, but minus the cheese and tomato, add bacon for 292 calories!0 -

2 Organic High fiber waffles with 1/2 cup of blueberries
No syrup
