    7 eggs whites, 2 cups of spinach, 3 oz. of mushrooms & 1 cup of cherry tomatoes. :) cup of coffee black with 2 tblspoons of creamer (I can't let it go yet!)

  • Same thing I've had for the past few days. Tyson chicken strips and one of those low fat velveeta single serving things. I need to go to the store. Chicken is all I have right now ;( Not that chicken isn't great, but it does get old fast.
