    Well that would have been four slices of bacon, I hash brown pattie and one piece of bread with a coffee chaser. Granny cooked for us as we were up real early. Total of 623 calories.

    I changed the recipe a bit and used what I had. So instead of 1 1/2 cups of blueberries I used 1 1/2 cups of frozen mixed berries and since I'm vegetarian and don't like eggs in baked goods then I used 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed and 3 Tbsp water. I used a 9x9 pan and was able to get 9 pieces from the recipe instead of 6 like the recipe says so one piece was only 137 calories.

    Today...two cups of coffee with non dairy powder creamer and sweet n low...yesterday..one scrambled egg, sara lee 45 calorie multigrain toast, 1 cup coffee with creamer and sweet n low...tomorrow...the weekend..deliciousness..omelet with red peppers, mushrooms, crumbled bacon....cant wait.
