Yea that would not be me. Right now I am walking 30 minutes a day and trying to get my portions under control. I plan on increasing the exercising and type of exercise but I needed to start off with something I could do without getting too depressed about it.

Okay so this site tells me my goal calorie intake is 1420. I find it very hard to stay under that. I have been losing 1 pound per week for the last three weeks so something is working. I am having a big issue with eating "right". Any suggestions?
