Yes, the only time I tracked my calories when pregnant was when I had morning sickness and was losing weight, I started tracking to make sure I forced enough food down. After that I didn't worry about how many calories I consumed, just that I ate (mostly) healthy foods and not all junk. :)

If you spent a day with my dad, you might not be posting this, lol ;)

It is absolutely possible to stay active while you are pregna, nt! If your body is used to exercising everyday, then you SHOULD still do it while pregnant, just listen to your body, if you need to cut back, do a lower intensity workout. After you have the baby, BREASTFEED! It helps the extra weight come off so much easier!…

Thank you for the tips, I should have figured the water, I haven't been drinking as much as I normally would since our ice dispenser broke :( And tonight I ran about 45 mins after dinner, so I will start waiting longer!

Hi! I'm Rebecca :) I'm 22. I joined MFP when I was pregnant and wanted to make sure I was eating ENOUGH calories, once I started gaining I kind of forgot about it. I finally downloaded the app again this last Easter, but I only just recently discovered the message boards :)

I love this! Definitely not a sad picture! I bet this boy doesn't even consider himself to have a disability, actually, I bet he embraces it!

You just have to be careful because you don't want your supply to drop ;)

I don't know your weight and height, but 1400 sounds very low for someone who is nursing a 9 week old. I would figure out how many calories you need to lose 1lb a week and then add 500 on top of that number. I am 5'6 and was 150lbs when I first started and was eating 2000 calories a day and still losing weight thanks to…

On days like that I feel MUCH better after exercising!

I just add "breastfeeding" into my food log every day and it gives me -500 calories (so it takes me from 1300 calories available to 1800 available :))

Slow and steady! The before is from Easter time, which is when I first started tracking my calories on here. I only lost about a pound a week. I also started the C25K challenge, which helped with toning.

I'm 22 with a 3 yr old and 1 yr old. I was 155 lbs when I got pregnant both times. Breastfeeding helped get me back down to my prepregnancy weight pretty easily. Now I have been using MFP about 4 mos and am down to 135 :)

Before is at 150 lbs, After is at 135 lbs. I have two kids, a 3yr old and 1yr old :)
