you look so much younger now as well :)

VS models look, well, radiant. They don't look ill and they must be pretty strong to not collapse under the weight of those wings. I think the majority of them are actually pretty healthy, although the same doesn't go for ALL models obviously.

I'm in England so no :( but yeah, I would if I could. It doesn't really affect me. Those women are hot and I would love to look like them but I'm not going to start starving myself to look like them, that's silly.
-
you look great :)

Wait a minute what's wrong with pasta and rice? pff they're the best foods :(

I haven't made my mind up yet but you may want to read this http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/how-green-smoothies-can-devastate-your-health/

all I know is that whenever I drink I go about 1000 calories over my goal...
-
I used to get sick ALL the time, I would have a constant cold the whole of winter. For the last few months I've started drinking around three cups of green tea a day and so far this cold season I am cold free...so that's my suggestion.

this post made me smile

Jay Cutler is a mutant

Also I think 'guy style' is an actual pushup whereas 'girl style' is on your knees? I'm not sure. In taekwondo guy pushups are on knuckles whereas girly push ups are just normal push ups haha.

About 20, although not in perfect form. A few months ago I could do 0 so I'm not complaining.

Thanks everyone :) I'm not worrying too much since realising it's not usually logged on MFP, I think I'm getting more calcium than I'm giving myself credit for haha.
-
Thanks. I guess I'll just have to get over it and drink milk or something. I think another problem comes from food entries on MFP actually, I just tried to log a glass of milk to see how much calcium it would provide me with and there was no number for calcium at all.

and meat eating children get to eat a whole range of food and decide what they like, if a child is raised on a restrictive diet from birth they are missing out on so much. But then I also think it's unfair to raise a child in a certain religion just because it's what you believe. They should make their own choices when…
-
This makes me so angry. Why should you force a lifestyle on a child just because it's your personal choice. Gah.

Thanks everyone :) I think I'll try the meridian brand from Holland and Barrett. Ingredients: Peanuts Whole Skin On (100%) :) It's also not as pricey as I thought.
-
I might just have to go to holland and barrett and pay insane prices bleh
-
that was the ingredients for "whole earth peanut butter" the only 'healthy' one I could find. Everything else had sugar and dextrose in it.
-
Ah thanks everyone :) Unfortunately there seems to be a lot less choice of peanut butter in the UK compared to America... Also, what if the ingredients are peanuts, salt and palm oil? palm oil is healthy enough right?

I've just found twinings mango and lychee green tea, I will definitely have to try that

I came off the injection recently and I'm kind of terrified for my periods to start again... in all fairness my hormones are VERY messed up at the minute. I'm exhausted, confused, get angry at every little thing...I guess I'll just have to wait for the side effects to wear off.

I eat when I'm hungry...

I'd like to start drinking green tea but everyone I've spoken to says it tastes TERRIBLE. I guess I'll have to find out for myself.
