I'm looking for some motivation and accountability also! I have T2 Diabetes and turning 50 next month. Trying to lose 85 pounds.... it's slow and difficult. I can eat 5 times a day and still be below 1200. Today I added in a half bag of microwave popcorn, just to bulk up calories!

I'm back after almost a year. Tried weight watchers, for $50 a month I didn't get results any different than i could on here. Same support, great people, and free app! Now to get some people to help me stay accountable!!!

GREAT ADVICE!!! I think that I needed to hear that myself too. No matter young or old, we all face the same disappointments when we try to get healthy and watch what we eat. No more diets - just positive life style changes!
