She is, but she does not say so. At the same time the format it presents looks like an actual food label and when I look at the food label on the rice bag it has the uncooked calories of course.

Let's not confuse eating 1200 calories with the 800 cal diaries whose owners are like "I wanted to eat an apple for lunch but OMG I did so great I only ate the half" 'cos I think there two are really different.

There should really be one for manual transmission cars in severe traffic jam. After 20 minutes I always feel like I can't move my left leg any more. :smile:

Make a yogurt-olive oil-garlic dip with a blender or homemade raw sauce and the veggies will taste much better. BUT use organic. I would lower this to 1550 and definitely no potatoes and tortilla and pizza for dinner. Grilled fish with broccoli or lean chicken breast with salad for dinner especially if there already was bread/pasta/nuts/beans consumed that day. Just what worked for me, may not be true for you.

I have done this before and what I found to be worst is stopping to step on the scale. I don't think I am "using" smoking as such, I have always smoked and mornings it is always coffee and cigarettes and I have no appetite at all - but as the day turns into afternoon and evening I crave cigarettes less and food more. So morning is smoking and evening is eating. :)

You lost 1.3 lb of body fat, but your body percent did not go down to 28% because that 1.3 lb is less than 1% of your total weight. If you are over 130 lb that is normal. The 29% will go down as soon as you lose more than 1% of your body fat.

yeah I'm 5"4' and 148 and FAT. it is because I am not doing any excercise so I have a ton of fat instead of a little muscle.

What? I thought you do one level for like 30 days... is it possibly to switch to level 2 already after 10 days? this freaks me out a bit now (I read level 2 is much harder than 1)
