Oven Baked Falafel?
Anyone has good tips for oven baked falafel? I got my chick peas (sat in water all night), my lemon, coriander, parsley, cumin, chili, garlic, onions... I have always fried them in oil but now thinking about baking in oven in order to have less oil. Anyone done this? Do you use an egg or baking powder? Or will they be less…
