I thought I'd chime in. PCOS here as well, and I was experiencing much of the same frustrations- for more then a month I was running 3x a week, counting calories ect with no losses. However I just started working with a personal trainer and lost 4 lbs in a week- it seems (at least for me) the key is lifting, and lifting…

Unless you have issues with Insulin resistance there is NOTHING WRONG WITH CARBS. Avoid cookies and cakes of course, but as long as you're under for your calories and eating whole, healthy foods, quit spazzing so much.

In short? Get over it. Stretchmarks happen to -almost- every mom. The world is NOT ending.

maybe, but they're like, TOTALLY inferior. Quick, someone find me a quote in the bible about how terrible sprouts are!

my recommendation would be to plan ahead. Make your lunch. plan your dinners. as previous poster mentioned- if you don't eat out as much you'll find you have a LOT more calories to spend. Stuff in restauraunts is LOADED with extra fat and sugar making it super hard to stay in your allowance if you're eating out every day.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Just take it one day at a time.

Hey guys. I have PCOS as well, but my symptoms are a little atypical. Conceived my son with the help of clomid (after 2 years of trying. I had regular periods so I assumed I was ovulating... apparently I was not ), but hoping to do it on my own next time ;)

I had gestational diabetes while pregnant (wasn't able to conceive on my own due to annovulation, was able to get pregnant from Clomid) and I really struggled with breastfeeding. I was 170 before getting pregnant and only put on 17 lbs because my diet was so closely monitored,…
