  • So, I went back to 30 DS level 2...cause I really hated it the first time around and I wanted to see if I could kick its butt now. Well - I still hate it! lol But I did feel much stronger...at least until it came to the v-raises. Now that I've gone back don't think I'll be doing it again. Still trying to figure out what my…
  • WOW!! I love the pics - such an easy way to see how far you've come...how far we've all come! The change in your waist is so defined and your back pic is quite the transformation too Great work :)
  • Done!! And so proud of our accomplishments. 60 days of hard core commitment and support - couldn't have asked for anything more from all of you! THANK YOU
  • Awesome results!! Your waist is really defined from Day 1 to Day 30... and I look at those obliques! Nice work :)
  • Thanks Ladies - couldn't have done it without you! And I can't wait to hear of all of your successes :)
  • Enjoy!!

  • Day 3 done! Can you believe we're almost through this? It seems like time is flying by... I'm kinda excited for my regular check-in tomorrow but also a little scared. I sometimes think I can see muscles and then other times I just see my belly and wonder how can it possibly still be there after all that Jillian is putting…
  • I liked it...but not as much as week 3. I think it starts off wrong for me - where I am supposed to feel it in the first move? I just kinda do it but don't feel like I'm getting anything out of it; though it's a welcome rest after those squat holds!!
  • I believe Jillian actually recommended having toddlers jump on your back...lucky you can do the workout to its fullest ;)
  • Great job!
  • And done! Took me an extra day, but I'm happy to be here with you at the end of week 3. It was a good one!!
  • Wow! I was feeling pretty pleased with myself for getting this done right after work, no snacking and no procrastinating...but Rach you put me to shame! I'm really liking this level...well the whole video actually so far. But definitely feeling like our triceps will be ripped in 5 after this week lol Happy Weekend!!
  • Good plan! No disbanding and no giving up, we're a team :)
  • Which one(s) do you prefer? I also have Hard Body which I do sometimes - its 45min (not a big deal) but only 2 circuits so I find myself always watching to try and figure out what move we're about to do because I can't remember the names and am therefore less active/productive. My memory isn't what it used to be lol!
  • Good for you! ...I did not get 'er done yesterday. Looks like it will be a RI30 kinda weekend :)
  • Eeek you're bringing back memories of Level 2...a level I really did not enjoy so much. But good luck, enjoy and do be excited for Level 3 (my favourite!)
  • I'm definitely in for upping my cardio...and for keeping in touch with all of you for motivation and inspiration! I'm working towards a 10km, so I'm thinking my plan will be run 3x/week (Tues, Thurs, Sat or Sun...as a plan) and do a more strength focused video 3x/week. I'll check out the kettleball workout online this…
  • Wow! Look at those results! Here's to smaller waists and smaller necks (ha!) and to bigger pipes :) Great work
  • You all sound so positive about today's work out! As I sit hereat work (...procrastinating on doing work), I'm now really excited to get home and start my workout. No procrastinating on RI30 with your support - thanks!
  • Aichee - my legs hurt!! Circuit one is evil Rach I also cross my legs in the rock n roll in order to get up...thinking its not so great for my knees, but it saves me from putting my hands down. Might have to try the pregnant lady pelvic thrust though lol Laughing's all good...so long as were gettin' er done :)
  • "winter coat"...haha, very good analogy! Let's get summer ready :)
  • I also really like the muscles that are starting to pop out thanks to Jillian. Looking down at my arms and seeing definition has been a motivator, and while I still have a one-pack (others might call that a pooch but I'm going to be positive) I can see those v-cuts on the sides that she's talking about. That being…
  • To all the comments above - I agree! Agreed that Jillian is psycho (though I kinda love her!) Agreed that the rock n roll thingys are ridiculous Agreed that my legs are killing me...and my triceps ...and agreed that this one flew by and that we're AWESOME!!
  • I agree! In my post above, I meant to say I like 6 so much better than 10... And I have to say I do some of my best 'work' (thinking, cleaning, working out, etc) after a good cry!
  • One more day!! I like 6 much better than 5...seems to fly by and if there's something we don't like we get to move on sooner :) See you tomorrow
  • I like the fist idea - or maybe even put your weights under your hands for a bit extra height? So, its past 6:30pm and I'm going to the theatre tonight (yay!) ...but I didn't get my butt out of bed early enough this morning to do day 4 with you. Grrr, mad at myself). Good -ish news though, I went for a run today and…
  • "i no no"....love it! I haven't been able to successfully do push-ups on my toes - this girl has some weak arms! But I think I may try just planking and moving my legs in and out, really focus on those obliques and hope my shoulders benefit along the way just from holding myself up. Thanks for weighing in!
  • I'll share in the celebration - half way done!! Our shoulders and abs are going to be amazing :) I got the sense from some other posts that you guys were rockin' the crow push-ups...but I just can't get them unless I'm on my knees with my butt in the air (not pretty!) What's the secret?
  • A second time - wow! And the chocolate is safe...tee hee :) Glad to hear that round two was good for you! As for me, I actually fell (like almost on my face!) during the one legged thingy. Haha so much for confidence, she knocked me back in my place
  • You did it and that's what counts! I'm amazed at your perserverence...the number of times you paused, rewound, replayed etc is a huge accomplishment, I know I would have walked away far sooner than you did! And your husband sounds like a very wise man...keep it up and there'll be so many victories along the way :)
