  • Yay, you're back at it! And just in time for me, because I need some major encouragement and you ladies have always done that for me :) I have more than fallen off the wagon...no funny quips here (can't think of anything to beat yours!), but it's been bad. And unlike you both, I've actually gained back the six pounds that…
  • I'm here too! I've been delaying replying to this post, really hoping I could get some motivation to be inspiring and encouraging...sorry. I love your challenges for yourselves and that you're sticking together - awesome! I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do with myself.... As you've heard from me before, March and…
  • 32 minutes is pretty darn good!! ...coming from someone who had two glasses of wine instead of going to the gym :blushing:
  • April was a bust for me as well...and the second half of March. Crazy as this sounds, the closer I got to my deadline (Easter weekend+ beach vacation), the more I gave up and resigned myself to how I was - I essentially wasted three weeks when I should have been buckling down and then blew it even further by eating and…
  • Good job!! Feeling you on the cardio, but I think it's what I need to help 'banish the fat' and uncover those muscles we've been building :)
  • 3 out of 4 is better than nothing! Good job for sticking with it as long as you did
  • Wishing you luck!! Don't think I'll get my Day 10 in - sorry! Had I been planning better, I really wish I had done the quick trouble zones rather than 30DS level 2 last night....oh how I hate that level! Doesn't get any better, but I hope we're getting better :)
  • I am absolutely amazed at your work and dedication this week - wow, it was not an easy one and you rocked it! And yes, absolutely muscles holding water. Its frustrating but its a sign of progress...and I'm (very slowly) coming around to the idea that I should like the way my body looks more than the number on the scale.…
  • TseliB you are a rockstar!! Loved the quick workout today....I think I've officially given up on shed & shred - sorry :(
  • I hear you on the anterior raises - hate them! And because I'm a bit shaky (ready spazzy) in the lunges, sometimes I'll just sub in deep squats so I know I'm getting a burn
  • My trouble zones hurt....and I like it!! Honestly, circuit one did me in but it got better after that. Happy Friday team :)
  • I failed today :( But I'll try to catch up with you superstars tomorrow!
  • Good for you!! I'm dreading tonight b/c NMTZ is just as long (longer?) as level 2....but your calorie burn and the fact that you finished it is inspiring! ...and I think the end goal is for there to be nothing left of the old me when this journey is through, so your sentiment was perfect :)
  • Phew done part 1 (aka 30DS) of my first real day of my Slimdown plus Shed & Shred week! Can I say that 30DS seemed easier? ...I'm sure my muscles will feel it tomorrow, but it was a reminder of how far we've come :) Because I'm a bit limited on time (and I'm more successful with - aka actually stick with - 30 minute…
  • My plan was finish doing Level 2 S&S this week at the same time as starting the 30 Day Slimdown, but after that I think I'm done with S&S. I'm the opposite of you, I really like Level 2, but I'm just getting a bit tired of the same routine - 4 weeks on this might have been a poor suggestion by me knowing my quick ability…
  • I'm starting with "day 2" tonight...excited!
  • I'm definitely game for trying this! But I'm heading to Florida in three weeks and plan on doing nothing but soak up the sun (so sick of this snow!) and may take some long strolls on the beach...so will need to figure out some modifications to the schedule. Yay!
  • We'll help to kick each other in the butt - but no fainting please! Have a good night, and thanks for being here :)
  • I'm joining you on the daily whine, lol. The scale has only gone up for me since we finished off RI30...and its frustrating because I've gained and lost these 'same' 20lbs over and over again for the last seven years or so, but this time they just won't go! I'm trying hard with the exercise and definitely feeling better…
  • I did it! Thanks for the support - knowing you did your double day today inspired me to at least do the level 1 portion. Happy Saturday Night :)
  • Four days is better than none! And I'm only going to make four this week too...my Saturday motivation is already waning lol
  • Duh - why didn't I think to check youtube?! Thanks :)
  • I still don't know how I feel about this workout too lol I'm sweating after circuit 3 (my favourite) but have to admit that I'm not getting anything out of circuit 4...must be doing it wrong! It feels more relaxing than hard core - any suggestions on feeling the burn?
  • Day 1 done! ...no matter how we did it or how much of it we did, what matters is that we did it! I will agree that it was rough for me today as well, and I don't have any little ones to add to the challenge :) The extra 15 or so minutes compared to 30DS and RI30 really seems long, but I think that's going to be a good…

  • Woohoo!! We're back in it together :) I took a Jillian break today, likely tomorrow too...but I'll see you Monday! My cheers tonight (yes, going for green beer!) will be to becoming extremely shedded and shredded
  • Rach - should have read your post here before replying to your other message lol! Glad to have the JM team back :) I'm still going to aim to do ~3 days a week of running (ahem, jogging), but I like your idea of doing this video 5-6x/week with one of them being the double day (but remember....way more than an hour…
  • Aw poor you!! I think Tselib and I will be starting Extreme Shed and Shred next week if you'd like to pop in on that one when you're feeling better...though you're doing an amazing job on the exercise this week (and always)!!
  • If you can find it for free/online - I'd love if you checked it out and maybe we could do it together. I'm just not sure about some of the yoga-ish moves...I'll let you know how my muscles feel this evening! I'm definitely game to start up another routine with you (and anyone else who wants to join!). I really like the…
  • I'm also thinking that I might go back to RI30 :) SInce there's three weeks left in March, I might repeat weeks 2-4. It gives me structure, and this girl needs routine to keep her honest!
