  • Hey Everyone Mind if I join, I started the 30 day shred about 3 weeks ago and have only done it 5 times. I need a butt kick and I should stay more accountable being part of a group. So I am on L1D6. Might take a few more days at level 1 since I have been inconsistant until now!! I also am trying to run 3-5 times a week.
