So my husband drug me out the house on Sunday for a walk. We had a great time. Managed to walk a mile which was good. So one mile down 49 to go. I am still struggling getting up at 6 for a run, but I won't have a choice if I want to get my miles in!

D8L1 tonight. It felt pretty good. I realized that I pulled/strained a muscle in my chest snowboarding this weekends so my push ups were pretty weak. I love this thread, mostly because I am all about the tomorrow. I love that I can have new starts and the next day can be better, but I cannot continue having a new start every other day! Just for today I am going to listen to my body and not eat just because there is temptation!
