Day 6 done!!! Rest day tomorrow for me!!! Might do some walking but no lifting! Def can't do 7 days in row!! Although I am feeling better than ever!!

Day 5 completed!!! Feeling really good today!!! Added some light weights to cardio to get a really good workout!!! Almost to level 2!!! We can do it!!!

I will continue to weigh myself once a week (usually Fri). But, I don't think I am going to measure myself untill half way thru. I figure around the 15th day would do. Then, I will measure again at the end!

I think I'm going to workout 6 days then break for 1!! I'm still gonna complete each for 10 days I personally can't workout 7 days a week!!! Do what you think your body needs!!!

Nice to see some fellow workout partners!! I'm planning on working out 5 to 6 times per week! I want to go through the entire 4 week session! I'm not going to have set workout days because my weeks change so much I don't want the pressure! I just want to at least get 5 or 6 workouts within the week

Week 1 Day 1 complete! Measured myself this morning for baseline and so the journey begins!!! Used 7.5lbs weights and felt really good!!

If you can find your average heart rate during a Jillian workout you can use this website to find out calories burned. I use my average given to me by my hrm and plug the numbers in. It will give me the exact calories burned during a workout! http://www.calories-calculator.net/Calories_Burned_By_Heart_Rate.html
