I am finally losing some weight, not a bunch but slow and steady, I'm not doing anything that I won't be doing 15 years from now. So no diets, just lifestyle change with eating habits and exercise. I lost 1.2 lbs in Jan. more important I started exercising regularly and lifting weights. My plan this month is to work on the eating side of this thing. I am excited to get my act together and lose some dang wt this year. There comes a point and time when you have to turn the corner and start making progress. I'm not sure how to do it but its front and center starting this new year. I did pretty well during the holidays, gained 1lb, now lets get to it. Have an awesomeβ¦
