It'd definitely help to cut down on the pretzels and fatty snacks like nutella, puppy chow etc, which quickly add up in calories and do little to fill you up. Go to Settings -> Diary Settings -> Diary Sharing and select 'Public', then save changes. I do agree with the others, though- 1800 is a lot of calories if you're eating the right foods, so it's probably just a case of eating more nutritious foods.

Yeah, I agree with what most are saying! As long as you're sticking within your carb macro limits (according to the mayo clinic you should get between 45-65% of your daily intake from carbs- http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-diet/NU00200) and you're eating whole wheat grains, you should be fine :)

I LOVE Body Pump! It definitely is worth trying out. But as others have mentioned, all the 'Body' classes are great. Body Attack is an insane cardio workout, if you're interested in that!

Your TDEE -20% is what's usually touted as a good weight loss goal, so if your TDEE is 2170 you'd aim for around 1750 or so (or a bit lower if you want to speed up the loss).
