Thank you very much for all your feed back. I actually know the answer to this question - I just needed a little input. On a personal note - I love seeing the # on my scale decrease but if it doesn't for a particular week - I'm fine because I feel great. Again - thanks.

Before I started working out consistently (and I made some other significant changes), I slept a lot. I mean A LOT! Congrats! Forever 21 is my "goal" store. They have such cute stuff. I'm almost to an XL - I can't wait! I have a training class to attend for a week in April, I want to have a few new outfits by then.

It is the best. I love that it's free - cause I'm broke most of the time. Also, I love that since I started - I don't feel like I'm the only one in the world going through this. I know we hear it everyday, but sometimes you still feel alone. Not here! THANK YOU!!!

Don't let one day turn into more! I've learned not to beat myself up over one slip. It took a while for me to learn that.
