Thanks for the advice! Yeah I try to do the sets at high intensity so I'm exhausted by the time the minute is over and after the 5 minutes I take a short break. Lol so I dunno what it is exactly but it seems to be good :) haha

Yeah I agree! I knew someone who charged $150 (Australian) a session! That's so expensive and unrealistic. My PT is good though, my friend and I do a buddy pack so its $45 each per session (once a week)

Hi there! As long as you stay positive and motivated (I know that's a bit lame) you will definately get there with regular exercise and healthy eating. I hired a personal trainer to help me as well and I found that it has given me more success. I hope this helps at all :) Feel free to add me!

I have lost 6kg so far, and am constantly changing things up so far that is working for me. If i continually do the same thing i don't tend to lose any more weight but everyone is different :)
