Hi everybody, I just join this group. I workout this video for last 2 weeks but before April its 2 times a week. Now from April i did everyday. Im at level 1 though. Its really work for me. Though Im still very shaky on warrior 3. Try to mastering in it. Good luck everyone.

Uhhu. My leg. Omg. But I did it. Misread n instead of 150 i did 175. Feeling really good. Its really good to test my level. I never thought i can did this in a proper way without cheating. Feeling awesome. Thanks to this gr to count me in.

Today is 2nd day. I just finish my 2 miles for today. This sometime tough to finish with a kid. But we can surely. Waiting to listen from others. Its hard Ghette but u did it yesterday. So u can today also. Keep posted friend. We need each others support to achieve the goal.

I did it. 50 at a stretch 45 with 3 lb,thn 5 with 8 lb,thn break again 50 with cans.

I am in the same boat. Previously lost 20 lb, thn some physical condition ,cant move for 2 yrs. Now wanna loose 30 lb. Count me as ur walking partner.though cant run only walking my option. We will definitely succeed . What u say buddies.
