I am behind couple of days. I finish 9th day then got so much pain in my shin bone that I had to stop for 2 days rest. Hope I will join u guys. Don't want to give up.,but I need 2 listen my body first as I'm mom of a toddler. So, family comes n I cant risk it. Really upset whether I will complete it or not.

Thanks for this thread. Focusing on each day workout till now its positive for me. I started 30 DS from May 1. Today my officially 5th day ,as Sunday off, I already lost 1 lb n2 inches at waist. Wanna continue 30 day long. Keep posted friends. Posting motivated me. C u tomorrow.

I did this today morning. Ist time. I did back 2 back Jillian Michael 's yoga meltdown thn 30Ds level1. Oh boy. Thn my c25k. Now Im totally sore. Cant explain where not damaged. Anyone took measurements prior to start. I did. Lets c . Good luck everybody. Cu here 4 tomorrow again.
