I've never heard of radish as a potato substitute - but I'd be willing to give it a try! I've seen several recipes for cauliflower as a potato sub in for mashed 'potatoes' and the like, too.

Hi! (I saw you added me and asked about 30DS, so I'll reply here) After the month, I lost 17 pounds, 2 inches from my arms, 4 from my waist and about 3.5 from my thighs. :) But most importantly, I feel incredible, and soo strong. Good luck!

I recently just finished 30 Day Shred (Lost 17 pounds, and feel SO strong) And now I am starting Body Revolution. I love Jillian. :)

I didn't pledge many miles to this challenge, because I haven't ever been what I would call a cyclist. But as of today, I've biked 14.5 miles, 5.5 miles away from completing my pledge of 20 miles. I'm thinking I'll double my pledge by the end of the month. :)

Hey guys, I just wanted to encourage all of you to keep going! I'm on day 24, and I haven't felt this strong in a while. I upgraded from 3 lb to 5 lb weights about a week ago, and by the end I'm sure I'll have to get myself some 8 lb-ers for Body Revolution. You're all doing great!

I'm currently on day 15 of 30 Day Shred. I love it. It's challenging, sweat inducing, and feels so good when you finish. I often find myself yelling at the screen, haha.

The past couple of days have really been a struggle for me. The support system that started this journey with me.. all quit, but I just won't. But having someone motivation would be fantastic. If anyone else needs more people, add me! I do my best to be very encouraging.
