Looks amazing. I wouldn't worry about frutose for a post workout drink. When you are done working out you have to replenish the glycogen levels in your muscles, this helps prevent muscle soreness. The best way to do that is to have a little bit of sugar. I drink chocolate milk after a workout myself. Enjoy!

ooooh you got some great advice! A glass of water and a small piece of fruit is indeed the fix. You won't sleep good if your tummy is growling. Don't feel guilty about eating a small 3:00am snack, besides it counts for the next day's calories, not the day you just finished.

You are doing a lot, fast. Try 20 or 30 minute rides and work up to an hour. Biking is less painful but can be exhausting. Drink a chocolate milk after a work out or put coconut water in your water bottle. I'm an avid cyclist and triathlete and my biggest advice is to ride for the love of the sport :-)
