  • I had to pull every single item out of my closet, get out my skinny clothes, pull them out of the closet, buy new clothes, and once again I had to pull them out and buy new ones again.   • I use applesauce instead of oil.....1/3 the sugar to 2/3 splenda.....egg whites instead of eggs...I like to bake things with real food in them like pumpkin, nuts, banana, coconut, dried fruit. I use whole wheat flour instead of white. I take things to work instead of keeping them at home.
