  • My apologies, I did not necessarily mean that I had more muscle on my calves, but it does make them appear more bulky, which is what I believed the issue to be. As far as testosterone, it is merely what I was told by doctors. I do not know if it is different for women than men, but that was just the info I was given.…
  • As far as the bulky comments, I think it just depends. Some women, especially those with higher testosterone, put on bulky muscles more than others. Also, some types of cardio can also cause bulk, just usually more in the legs. I used to have what was known as dancer calves from Irish dancing, which meant I had bulk calf…
  • I'm trying for pregnancy as well. I need to lose roughly fifty pounds. I love that there are other people doing this for the same reason. Fingers crossed for all of us!
  • I have a hormonal issue that causes me to lactate, so my breasts will never be small. Even so, the last time I lost weight I went from a 38D to a 36C. That's actually what first made me realize I was gaining weight again...when my bras no longer fit right.

  • I am agreeing with all the people saying to go to the doctor.
  • Happy Thanksgiving!
  • I work night shift as well and have the same problems. I hope someone has good advice for you.
  • The only reason I asked is because the housework that I do not do on a daily basis often takes more time, which is currently in short supply. I should be able to lose weight regardless. I was just curious. Thank you for your feedback.
  • I just started (hasn't even been a week), but people noticing is actually what I am worried about. I work at an eating disorder clinic, so I need to find a way to keep people from noticing, but I need to lose a little weight in order to keep healthy. I am trying to get pregnant and it helps with fertility if you are as…
